A brief history

of our family

The origins
The family settled in Boscat right after the First World War after having left Jesolo (near Venice). At the beginning as workers involved in the drainage campain of the local marshes then as farmers: the start was hard and heavy but soon the family acquired the first tracts at the end of the 50’s.

The new adventure
The brothers Mario and Guerrino were always very smart and enterprising persons, that is why in a short time they expanded their business with modern machines and techniques in the fields.

New deals
As the son Marco entered the business, the family acquired other tracts reaching the total area of 35000 m², where they started to cultivate corn, soy, wheat and vegetables (white asparagus and melons have reached very high quality).
The guesthouse
Marco and Giancarla created a new family with Emanuele (the son) and Valentina (the daughter). After grandpa’s death they started altogether to think about the project of a guesthouse: the idea started concretely in the year 2006 with the renewal of a old house inside the estate. The renewal ended in the summer of 2007.

The guesthouse nowadays
The house is set in a beautiful location with stunning views on the fields.
The guesthouse enhanced the estate by adding a tastefully renewed house, complete with full equipped apartments in order you can spend holidays as at home. The surrounding area is quite and relaxing and it is a particular mixture of sea, rural and marsh.

There is a wealth of places to visit and things to do during your stay with us. A little of something for everyone. Not to mention the miles and miles of stunning walks and bike ways that lead right to your door step here at the sea! So bring the family. There really is something for everyone!
